ÆON 2 Noire er en planar-hovedtelefonen i sort metallic finish og tunet lidt anderledes end de eksisterende ÆON 2 Closed, nemlig med en lettere boostet bas og diskant. Hovedbåndet kan foldes sammen og hovedtelefonen passer ind i en meget kompakt æske, velegnet til transport.

Featuring a bold metallic black paint ÆON 2 Noire sports a perforated ear-pad to deliver an all-new sound. In fact, ÆON 2 Noire's tuning almost exactly aligns to the “Harman Curve,” gently boosting bass and treble compared to ÆON 2 Closed. The result is a “lighter” sounding midrange and a soundstage that moves the “stage” a bit further from the listener for a wider and deeper space.

ÆON 2 Noire comes with 2 year warranty, and is designed, built and tested in San Diego, California.

- Updated driver flipped 180 degrees removes all motor structures between the driver and the ear for higher resolution and much larger soundstage
- Streamlined precision machined single-piece flow elements eliminates voids and stray air paths within the motor to improve internal airflow, enhancing micro-detail retrieval
- New "collapsing gimbal" allows a full size headphone to store in a remarkably compact case for easy traveling, without adding weight
- Superior driver damping for improved resolution, dynamics and a smoother frequency response
- Replaces a cast aluminum baffle with a carbon fiber and machined aluminum design that is more rigid yet lighter.
